milo brownie

This is a really, really good recipe to have up your sleeve to whip up for school lunchboxes or for an afternoon treat. Made by simply whacking everything into a bowl and mixing it together with a wooden spoon – it’s perfectly easy for the little ones to make.

So moist and squidgy in the middle, it can be eaten hot straight from the oven or keeps well in an airtight container for a couple of days (if it lasts that long that is). Feel free to dust the top with icing sugar to serve or you could even cover it in some melted chocolate or simple chocolate icing – whatever floats your boat.

Incredibly moist in the middle.

On the subject of brownies, I’ve also got these biscoff brownies on the blog. Make sure you check them out.

And nothing beats my regular chocolate brownies.

A chocolatey treat.
Delicious with a hot cuppa or a glass of seriously chilled milk.
